Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Novell spent most of his teen years selling and smoking weed. Despite being a mere errand boy for his childhood friend Kallen, Novell fronts as a tough, enterprising gangster not to be messed with but lacks any of the ferocity or discipline to back up his facade. Now in his freshman year at Burroughs University, Novell hopes to leave the past, not the weed, behind him.
