Despite his rough upbringing in the projects of North Philadelphia, PA, Kallen remains upbeat and determined to live the American dream. His intelligence, charisma, and propensity towards violence make him a force to be reckoned with. After following his childhood friend Novell to Narakaville, Kallen realized there was real money to be made off the countless well-off college kids looking to get high, so he set up shop.
